Michelle Coble, DHSc, LCSW is the Director of Behavioral Health at Community Medical Centers, where she oversees integrated behavioral health, substance use disorder, case management, and crisis response services across multiple community health centers in California. She has extensive experience developing innovative behavioral health programs, leading interdisciplinary teams, and expanding access to high-quality, patient-centered care for underserved communities.

Dr. Coble is a licensed clinical social worker with a Doctor of Health Science degree and has worked in community behavioral health since 2016. Her clinical background includes integrated behavioral health, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and program development. She is passionate about mentoring the next generation of social workers and enjoys helping students bridge classroom knowledge with real-world clinical practice.
