Annette DePauli, MSW, LCSW, is a full-time associate faculty member at the University of the Pacific School of Social Work and a licensed clinical social worker with nearly 40 years of experience in healthcare, homelessness services, aging, children services, behavioral health and educating future leaders. She has held executive leadership positions in civil service, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations, developed innovative community programs, and mentored social workers. Her professional interests include integrated care, CalAIM, social determinants of health, trauma-informed practice, and systems-level collaboration. Annette is passionate about preparing the next generation of social workers through teaching, field education, and community partnerships.
