Amanda Gibson is a licensed clinical social worker, consultant, and speaker with 25 years of experience. She treats adults and families in the areas of child welfare, domestic violence, trauma, chronic health, and mental health and wellness. She the Founder and CEO of Counseling Col:lab in Sacramento California. Counseling Col:lab provides a collaborative space where therapists of all different backgrounds come together to serve the Sacramento area. 

Amanda was an Associate Clinical Professor at Sacramento State Division of Social Work and the University of Southern California School of Social work. Amanda is a trainer and speaker in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI), Culturally Responsive Trauma Informed Care, ACES, Hope and Healing, and Change Management. As a consultant, Amanda seeks to help organizations and individuals stop the cycle of harm and develop healing centered strategies that foster safety and belonging.
